What is the Embedded PCB ?
- A PCB that allows electronic components to be planted inside the PCB to increase the surface mount surface area, reduce the size of the board, and provide designers with a variety of designs.

Types of Embedded PCB
OPEN Cavity Type: Creates a multi-layer PCB and inserts a chip into it. It connects wire bonding, Flip Chip and PCB Pad.
Close Cavity Type: Multilayer PCB layer structure Put on the MLCC or Chip into a specific layer and fill in a resign.
